Once booking your event pass and accommodation with Paphos Beats you accept our Terms & Conditions.

Upon paying your deposit (All deposits are non refundable) it is a condition that you take out a fully comprehensive travel insurance package, Paphos Beats are not held responsible for any loss, injury or death however caused, including loss or damage to personal belongings how ever, while attending the event, flight delays, cancellations or any other act resulting in non attendance of the event.If the event is cancelled we are not held responsible for your booked flight, please ensure that you have adequate holiday insurance.​

Paphos Beats shall be under no liability if a party is unable to carry out any provision of the booking for any reason beyond their control including and without limiting the afore mentioned - Fire - Flood - Drought - Act of God - Legislation - Terrorism - War - Strike - Power Supply - Covid unless cancelled due to this - Lock out or any other action taken by employees owing to any inability to produce materials provided for the performance of the event.

Bookings are confirmed once we receive the necessary deposit/installments commenced or full payment made and a booking email.​

A confirmation receipt will be sent by e-mail. Please keep this as proof of payment. You should receive a booking receipt within 14 days. If you do not then please contact us at: paphos beats If paying by instalments you will receive a payment plan please ensure that each payment is made on time on the last day of each month.  Credit card payments are accepted via PayPal however a 3% charge will be made for each payment made in this way.​

Paphos Beats reserves the right to refuse admission to any of the events or to cancel any booking or bookings without prior notice. Please note at these events pictures are taken by a professional photographer as well as videoed by our team and members of the event.  Some of the photographs and videos will be used for media publicity.

Transfers - Are included on Monday 10th November 2025  from Paphos Airport to Aliathon Resort only - and Sunday 16th  Aliathon Resort - Paphos Airport. Paphos Beats cannot be held responsible for flight times that are used by airlines.

In the price of your holiday included is A boat party (which is equivalent to a floating hotel and will be out all day) with a delicious bbq onboard which is also included, a one way transfer to the harbour is included from Aliathon Resort.  A Taverna evening is included a delicious buffet and 3 hours of local drinks, wines,  beers, and soft drinks, cash bar operates after the 3 hours, return transport is included to the Taverna at the start and the end of the evening.

Cancellations must be received in writing  by e-mail no later than 14 days after the booking. A full refund will be received for any cancellation within this time frame. Deposits are Non refundable once paid. Cancellation fees are payable after this period. Bookings are Non transferable. Please direct all enquires to: paphos beats

Cancellation charges are based on how many days before your holiday date we receive your cancellation notice, and reflect a percentage of the total cost of your booking.

Making a Change Or Cancelling Your Booking 
You must ensure all names and details are entered correctly at the time of booking. You will receive confirmation once your booking is confirmed and you must contact us straight away if there is something that you need to correct, or if you don’t receive a confirmation within 7 days of confirming your booking.

 
Please note that changes and cancellations to all or part of a booking are subject to amendment and cancellation fees of £20, so that we can cover the cost of processing your cancellation/changes. You are responsible for paying this charge. Please see the breakdown below as a guide to charges. 

All accommodation is priced according to the number of people staying there and the nights. If your party size changes, we’ll recalculate your booking cost based on the new number of people going. If fewer people share the accommodation, then the cost per person may go up. This extra cost isn’t a cancellation charge, and it isn’t normally covered by insurance. Cancellation terms apply to any person who cancels from a group booking. (see breakdown below). 

To cancel your booking: 
Up to 65 Days before departure                                       
Deposit is Non-Refundable and 50% of payment made 

65 - 29 Days before departure

Deposit is Non-Refundable and 75% of  payment made

28 Days before departure

Deposit Non-Refundable and 100% of original cost          

Once we receive your request to change or cancel your booking, you should expect to receive an updated confirmation within 7 days. If you do not then please contact us at: paphos beats

We do not share customer details with any 3rd parties. 

​

Loud music from your rooms is not tolerated on resort between 8pm & 10am.

We run a zero tolerance of drugs event, you will be removed from the resort or event party via the police if this is the case and ejected from the weeks event.  

Our event is all about bringing like minded souls together through the love of music.
